Cancellation and Returns Policy

After your order has been delivered to you and you confirm it to be your order, you wouldn’t be able to exchange or ask for a refund for that order. If your order is not as per what you had ordered or is found in damaged condition, then you can return it to us within 7 working days of delivery. If in case we are not successful in arranging a delivery executive to pick up the order, then you are requested to return it through courier services available in your vicinity.

All the returned order must be accompanied with a copy of the original bill and a return authorization number in an untampered condition. If the returned order is not found adhering to the above-mentioned conditions, then the order will not be considered for a refund. Please be aware that we will not accept return orders that have been opened or used. We will not exchange or give a refund on such orders. We might take up to 3 weeks to initiate the return procedure. You will get a notification from our side once the return procedure has been completed.

 

REPLACEMENT

In case we deliver the wrong product(s) to you, then you will have to inform us about the misunderstanding via e-mail or call within 3 working days. Deliver the wrong-delivered product(s) in its original packaging along with a remark back to us within 7 working days of delivery. Do not worry, the delivery cost will be borne by us and your original order will be dispatched for delivery with 3-5 working days.

 

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Any changes like item additions, quantity addition or subtraction or anything specific done in the accepted order(s) will reflect in the order details. All sales are final, provided, however, item cancellations and quantity changes may be carried out before the order(s) is shipped. Please note that if our credit department is unable to process your payment then we are allowed to cancel the accepted order(s) before its shipping without any liability.

 

If by any chance you have placed the same order twice, then you are responsible to inform us about it via e-mail or call within 2 business days to get a refund of one of two orders. You will have to bear the cost of courier charges and an additional 3% penalty will be levied on you. The refund will reflect in your bank account within 7 to 8 working days.

On cancellation of a prepaid order, irrespective of the existing price, only the money charged will be refunded. It will be reflected in your account in 7-10 working days.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We are within our rights to cancel or refuse any order(s) listed under incorrect price because of any manual or technical glitch. This could be done regardless of the payment has been initiated or the order(s) has/have been accepted. Kindly note, you will receive your full refund and you will be notified about it.
